* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

Evelyn Horner
Evelyn Marie Schultz Horner, 84, of Saint Marys, 10:35 P.M. Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, Saint Marys.
She was born July 8, 1940, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Howard W. and Marie E. (Gottschalk) Schultz.
She married John K. Horner on June 10, 1973, and he preceded her in death on October 26, 1982.
She is survived by her brothers: Charles Schultz of Reno, Nevada and Joseph Schultz of Columbus, Ohio; by a niece Marie E. Schultz.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was a graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. She had worked for many years as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Evelyn was baptized, confirmed and married at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys. She served on the board of Christian education at the church, where she had also been a Sunday School teacher. She and her husband John moved to Missouri where she was active at the Immanuel United Church of Christ in Ferguson. She was a former Girl Scout Leader.
Funeral rites will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 15, 2025, at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, the Reverend Ed Karges, officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Saint Marys.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services at church.
