* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

James Danback
James Danback went home to be with his Savior and Lord on March 11, 2025 at the age of 88.
He was born on April 8, 1936 in Wittenburg, Wisconsin to the late Harold & Genevieve (Bessette). On July 18, 1959 in Stevensville, Wisconsin, he married his wife, June (Fischer) Danback and she preceded him in death on April 17, 2023.
He is survived by daughters, Barb & Tom Risch, Lori & Mike Fehland, and Tracy Meyer; grandchildren, Nick & Jenn Phillips, Ryan & Megan Phillips, Sarah, Jessica, and Josh Fehland, Heather and Thomas Meyer; and great-grandchildren, Madi, Brad and Corbin Phillips, and Layla Meyer.
He is also survived by in-laws, Don & Carol Fischer of Appleton, WI, Rita Gong of Granger, IN, Earl & Dot Fischer of Madison, WI, Al & Jane Fischer of Colgate, WI, Ruth & Art Miller of Wauwatosa, WI and Joann Fischer of Appleton, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by a grandchild, Rachel Meyer; great-grandchild, Chloe Phillips; sister, Elaine & Junnie Polzein and in-laws, Carl Fischer, Kenny Fischer, and Chuck Fischer.
He and his loving wife, June, raised their family in Saukville and West Bend, Wisconsin. When their three daughters left to make their own lives they moved to Necedah, where they dedicated their lives to their strong faith and special devotion to the Blessed Mother Mary.
Five years ago, they decided to make the move to Celina, Ohio to be closer to family. Jim was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and also enjoyed fishing and working on puzzles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, Ohio. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery also in Coldwater.
Friends may call from 9AM to 10AM on Wednesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Queen of Peace Shrine in Necedah Wisconsin.
