* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

ODOT crews completed the installation of the memorial highway signs following Monday's dedication ceremony. Sgt. Ronnie Blair's sign is located just before Memorial High School next to the southbound lane on State Route 66 in St. Marys.
