* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1101 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

John Will
John Leo Will, age 70, of Fort Recovery, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Everheart Hospice Care Center, Greenville.
He was born on May 25, 1955 in Coldwater, OH to the late Viro and Henrietta (Siefring) Will.
In addition to his parents, John is preceded in death by his grandson, Damon Klenke; brother in law, Dave Pottkotter; and sister in law, Debbie Pottkotter.
John is survived by his loving wife, Diann (Pottkotter) Will of Fort Recovery, whom he married on March 9, 1974; children, Kevin (Angie) Will, Keith (Kim) Will, Kris (Kylee) Will, Kyle (Carissa) Will, Kelsie (Kirk) Link, and Karissa (Nick) Kraft all of Fort Recovery; grandchildren, Whitney, Mason, Riley, Kylie, Chelsea, Davis, Kaden, Alaina, Emma, Lydia, Blake, Taylor, Koda, Mya, Walker, Quinn, Rhett, Brynn, Kagney, Londyn, Landry; great grandchildren, Asher, Bentley, Easton, Lainey, Kyler, Huntley, Dax, Addy, Blakley, and Briggs; siblings, Dave (Norma) Will of Fort Recovery, Carol (Joe) Frenzer of St. Henry, and Kathy Will of Plantation, FL; and brothers and sisters in law, Gary (Norma) Pottkotter, Nancy Mueller, Deb (Joe) Thobe, Karl Pottkotter, Bec (Jerry) Bihn, Al (Chris) Pottkotter, Les (Marilyn) Pottkotter, Roy (Kim) Pottkotter.
John graduated from Fort Recovery High School in 1973. He was a farmer and also worked at Fort Recovery Equity for 20 years. John belonged to the Wendelin Sportsmans Club, Ohio Progressive Sportsmans Club, Knights of Columbus #3324, Sons of the American Legion Post 345, and VFW Post 6515. He was an avid hunter, outdoors man, and loved his farm. John was active in participating in the Mercer County Fair with his children and grandchildren showing livestock. He also raised sheep for Club Lambs. John enjoyed playing softball and was able to do so until in his 40s. He was very involved in his grandchildren's activities and loved his family more than anything.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, June 5, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Guests may visit with John's family on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Thursday from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM, at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Damon Klenke Memorial Fund.
