* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

At 709 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ohio City, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, and Bulkhead.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Dorothy Siefring
Dorothy (Knapke) Siefring, age 86, of Coldwater passed away on June 25,2025 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born on January 19, 1939 in Chickasaw to the late Ed & Angela Knapke. On September 3, 1960, she married Charles Siefring, and he preceded her in death on July 10, 2008.
She is survived by children, Brenda (Roger) Albers of Coldwater, Linda (Don) Post of St. Henry, Glenda (Jeff) Halterman of Celina, and Daryl (Tonya) Siefring of Coldwater; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, twin sister, Delores Kahlig of Coldwater and sister, Norma Bohman of Osgood, and sister-in-law, Rose Ann Siefring of Philothea.
She is preceded in death by in-laws, Ed Kahlig, Harold "Shorty" Bohman, Orville (Jeanette) Siefring, Bernard (Mary) Siefring, Herbert (Stella) Siefring, David (Eileen) Siefring, Gerald Siefring, Roger Siefring, Luetta (Don) Forsthoefel, Bernice (Don) Wellman, Barthel Siefring, Elmer (Mildred) Siefring, and Omer (Monica) Siefring.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Coldwater Eagles. Dorothy enjoyed gardening and interior decorating. She always found joy in attending the many activities of her grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, June 30,2025 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends and family may call from 1 PM to 4 PM on Sunday and from 9 AM to 10 AM on Monday.
