The Grand Lake Mariners spent Saturday afternoon working with the teams from the Mercer County Challenger Baseball League at Montgomery Field in Celina. The Mariners players interacted with the Challenger League players and their coaches and helpers and then played a game before Saturday night's scheduled Mariners game with Muskegon. The league has four Little League teams and four Senior League teams that play on Sundays around Mercer County. The next games will be played next Sunday starting at 4 p.m. at the St. Henry Middle School Gymnasium.
