* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Lucas Obringer
Lucas Obringer, a 1994 Parkway graduate, died of cancer on January 12, 2025, in Charlottesville, VA. He will be remembered on July 12 beginning with the Rockford 5K run at 8 a.m. at Shanes Park.
The family will receive visitors at Bella's Italian Grille, 1081 West Bank Road, Celina, from noon to 3 p.m., with memories at 1 p.m.
Lucas is survived by his wife, Alexandra Amorin, and children, Greta and Javier, parents Ron and Jane Obringer of Mendon and brother David and family, Brigitte, Yanna and Clara of Ashland, Ohio, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins of the Obringers and Langenkamps of Coldwater and Celina.
Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma will remember Lucas at the 7 p.m. Mass on July 12.
