* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Joseph Homan
Joseph J. Homan, age 62, of Coldwater, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born on April 13, 1963 in Coldwater to the late Donald & Marilyn (Frey) Homan. On October 21, 2000 in St. Henry he married Diane (Forsthoff) Homan and she survives in Coldwater.
He is also survived by siblings and in-laws, Becky (Paul) Overman of Ft. Loramie, Dennis (Mary) Homan of Portland, IN, Rolly (Brenda) Homan of Coldwater, Mike (Holly) Homan of Sugarhill, GA, Russell (Lori) Homan of Coldwater, Ruth (Bill) Siefring of Ft. Recovery, Rodney (Cindy) Homan of St. Anthony and Roman (Lucy) Homan of St. Anthony, father-in-law, Henry Forsthoff of St. Henry and in-laws, Dan Forsthoff of Stillwater, Minnesota, Duane (Monica) Forsthoff of Dayton, and Deb (Chris) Heitkamp of Ft. Recovery, 33 nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
He is preceded in death by brother, Richard Homan and mother-in-law, Marilyn Forsthoff.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Church and the Coldwater Eagles. An avid visitor to Pla-Mor Lanes Bowling Alley. Joe loved to attend the many activities of his nieces and nephews and diehard fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Arizona Cardinals and Ohio State Buckeyes.
He spent twenty years as a Lawn Care Technician Manager with Healthy Lawns Inc. in Coldwater where he forged great relationships with his many clients.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 18 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 2PM to 7PM on Thursday and from 9AM to 10AM on Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorial Contributions may be made to The Cancer Association of Mercer County.
