CELINA - Under the direction of Fizzy Sips, an area business-on-wheels making a splash with its handcrafted sodas, a new fall jubilee will debut Oct. 11, welcoming a host of food and craft vendors and kids activities to parts of the Bryson Park District along Lake Shore Drive.
