* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1101 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Driving While Distracted

Carter Glassford drives in an impaired driving simulator. Coldwater High School juniors and seniors participated in virtual reality simulation sessions Thursday, showing them the dangers of impaired driving. The Save a Life Tour event was overseen by the Coldwater Police Department and sponsored by the Coldwater American Legion Post #470 and Coldwater Eagles 3025.
