Western Logan County in west central Ohio... Northeastern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Rodney Renbarger
Rodney Renbarger, age 71, of Portland passed away on Saturday October 18, 2025 in IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
He was born in Portland on February 26, 1954 the son of Richard and Betty (Longnecker) Renbarger.
Rodney graduated from Portland High School in 1972 and was manager of Tom and Rod's and Stables Taverns in Portland.
Surviving are his mother and step father Tom and Betty Meyers of Celina, Ohio.
Private services will be held. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.
