Northeastern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 306 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. CELINA - Mercer Health plans to renovate part of the Community Medical Center on South Main Street in Celina in order to expand the hours of its Doctor's Urgent Care clinic located within, a project estimated at just shy of $700,000.
