* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Kathleen Craft
Kathleen Rose Craft, 79, of St. Marys, OH passed into eternal rest at 8:01 p.m. Saturday October 25, 2025 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH.
She was born October 6, 1946 in Celina, OH to Eugene and Gladys (Doak) Smart. On August 22, 1986 in Celina, OH she married Lawrence Douglas Craft, who died February 10, 1999.
Survivors include son Dave (Kendra) Smart of Convoy, OH; son Don (Shelly) Smart of New Bremen, OH; son Dylan (Jayla Perry) Hengstler of Aurora, IL; daughter Dawn Bertke of Mendon, OH; daughter Mandy (Trevor Sands) Rodriguez of Greenback, TN; son Juan (Corey) Rodriguez of Okemos, MI; son Jarrett (Kari) Rodriguez of Delaware, OH; son Richard (Crystal Shaffer) Craft of St. Marys, OH; 21 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Taflinger of Hernando, FL; sister Ruth Fellers of Portland, OH; brother Eugene (Sandy) Smart of Celina, OH; sister Mary (Terry) Berkshire of Albuquerque, NM; sister Helen Carlson of Wapakoneta, OH; sister Edith Doenges of Colon, MI; and former spouse Juan Rodriguez of Topeka, KS.
Preceded in death by parents Eugene and Gladys Smart; husband Lawrence D. Craft; brother Donald Eugene Smart; sister Darlene Klett; sister Jessie Monfort; infant sisters Alice and Eunice Smart; grandson Nick Legg; parents-in-law Bevin and Rosie Baugher; brother-in-law "Butch" Taflinger; brother-in-law Mike Fellers; and brother-in-law William "Bill" (Rita) Craft.
She attended High School in Coldwater, OH. She had worked as a custodian for the Celina City Schools. Later, she was an area manager for McDonald's Restaurants in Michigan. In addition, she and her husband, Larry, owned and operated "The Boat House" restaurant and grocery store in Bois Blanc Island, MI in Lake Huron for a number of years.
She was a member of New Start Community Fellowship in Celina, OH. Faith and family were the cornerstones of Kathleen's life. She treasured the times spent with her family and fellow church members.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon on Thursday October 30, 2025 at New Start Community Fellowship 700 N. Main Street in Celina, OH. Pastor John Mobley will officiate the services.
Burial will take place in the Woodland Glade Cemetery on Bois Blanc Island in Michigan.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon on Thursday at the church.
