Leave them by the curb

Autumn continues to progress in the Grand Lake region, with the annual tradition of falling leaves growing by the day. In accordance with the seasonal transition, the City of Celina offers leaf pickup every fall, this year running from Oct. 21 through Dec. 12. Leaves must be placed at the curb and residents are asked to avoid parking vehicles on the street during their area's collection period. As well, residents should not mix branches into the leaf piles. Branch pickup will start in the spring.

Leaves are collected from properties from Main Street west and Market Street north on Tuesdays; Main Street west and Market Street south on Wednesdays; Main Street east and Wayne Street south on Thursdays; and Main Street east and Wayne Street north on Fridays.
