* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Kim Gibbons
Kim Gibbons, age 71 of Celina, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at St. Ritas Medical Center in Lima.
He was born on January 2, 1954 to the late John and Rita (Mersman) Gibbons in Celina, Ohio at Gibbons Hospital. On September 18, 1976, he married the love of his life Cindy (Groeneveld) Gibbons, who is living at their residence in Celina.
He is survived by his loving children Rebecca (Ryan) Frey of Troy and Kellie (Michael) Dwyer of Anderson Indiana. Grandchildren Madison, Hayden, and Jaxson Frey. Siblings Susan Buschur of Waleska, Georgia, John (Pamela) Gibbons of Sonoma, CA., Beverely (Mark) Kuenning of Celina, Kathy (Dan) Kennard of Findlay.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother-in-law Jim Buschur.
Kim graduated from Immaculate Conception High School with the class of 1972. He worked at Huffys in Celina and then went on to work at Honda in Anna where he would then retire in 2014.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception church. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and loved watching sports especially THE Ohio State Buckeyes, Boston Celtics, Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Reds and the PGA Tour.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 pm on December 5, 2025 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home, with Deacon Marty Brown officiating.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. The family requests that everyone dress casual or wear your favorite team apparel. Burial will be held at a later date in the North Grove Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation, Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund, or the America Cancer Society.
