* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Danny Caupp
Danny K. Caupp, age 75, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
He was born on January 12, 1950, in Union City, Indiana, to the late Dale and Juanita (Baxter) Caupp.
Danny is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann (Fellers) Caupp; his children, Jeff Caupp of Saratoga, Indiana, Darla Chalfant of Parker, Indiana and Kim Green of Lynn, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kaila Caupp, Therin Springer, Lavin Caupp, and Amanda Hart; his 3 great grandchildren; and his sister, Nettie (Michael) Buckingham of Union City, Indiana.
Danny was a member of the Fort Recovery VFW, Rockford Eagles, Celina Moose, and the Celina American Legion, where he enjoyed many conversations and good times with those around him. At home, he could be found in his man cave, relaxing while watching a NASCAR race or cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Per Danny's wishes, there will be no services.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Mercer County Humane Society.
