ST. MARYS - One of the country's leading Wendy's restaurant franchisees was granted a conditional use permit by the St. Marys Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday night to construct a "dine-in, carry out, drive thru restaurant" just off of Indiana Avenue. [More]
Roughrider athletes sign letters of intent for several sports

ST. MARYS - St. Marys saw seven athletes sign their letters of intent to continue playing their respective sports in college Wednesday afternoon.

Adyson Van De Keere, Ayden Young and Kailey Smith all committed to play at the University of Northwestern Ohio next year to continue their careers on the diamond. [More]

CELINA - City officials have asked Bryson Trust Fund officers to finance over $600,000 in park improvements next year, among them fencing to encircle a bulk of the Bryson Park District along Lake Shore Drive.
CELINA - Since taking over in 2012, Celina Mayor Jeff Hazel said his administration has significantly eliminated much of the city's aggregate debt, projecting that the financial strain will have been reduced from $23.03 million to $2.83 million by the end of 2026.
CELINA - A 39-year-old Rockford man accused of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old child was arraigned on 20 child sex crimes in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday.
