COLDWATER - The Coldwater Village Council Monday passed an ordinance making minor amendments to the village's Community Reinvestment Area. The CRA was expanded slightly to include more of the village's older homes as well as a few new commercial and industrial properties.
COLDWATER - A $1.5 million capital improvement project is expected to kick off in January with the replacement of two of four chillers, key components of Coldwater Exempted Village Schools' air conditioning system, school board members learned at Tuesday night's regular meeting.
