Wright State University-Lake Campus celebrated America 250 on Thursday afternoon with live music, historical reenactments and other educational activities at its outdoor pavilion alongside Grand Lake. Ohio Society, Sons of the American Legion played a huge role in the afternoon's proceedings. Others participating included Wright State University musicians, state legislators, local officeholders and academics. Students from Celina High School and the Lake Campus took in the celebration, which concluded with a three-volley musket salute.
