The three men behind CJD Real Estate - Dan Moeller, Cole Dahlinghaus and Jonathan Rose - were joined by project contractor Weigandt Development LTD, future building tenants and Mercer County officials Friday afternoon for a groundbreaking ceremony of their latest venture, Stein Plaza in Marion Industrial Park.
