* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

CELINA - Authorities have found what they believe are the remains of missing 65-year-old Celina man Timothy Ray Anderson.
Human remains were located by authorities at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday morning south of Hand Up Village, a temporary community designed to help county residents get their lives on track. The cluster of cabins is located in a wooded area near Abounding Grace Church in Celina. [More]

  CELINA - The Mercer County Commissioners on Tuesday morning approved the annexation of just over 50 acres in Gibson Township into Fort Recovery, paving the way for new housing in the village.
