* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Seniors Lilly Shreffler, Brinley Korte, Ruby Schleucher and Alaina Vehorn paint "HOPE" on the back windshield of car. The football field wasn't the only place the community showed its support for Celina High School senior quarterback Parker Wynk, who suffered a spinal cord injury during Friday night's football game against St. Henry. Friends and supporters took to the streets for "Paint the Town Green for Parker," handing out streamers, painting car windows, decorating street lamps and collecting donations Sunday afternoon.
