Willia Ray Skeens, 83, of St. Marys, OH died 11:45 p.m. Friday August 21, 2026 at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.

She was born October 18, 1942 in Wayne, WV to Lafe and Louary (LeMaster) Trogdlon. On August 4, 1963 in Wayne, WV she married Ronald Skeens, who died in 1995.

Survivors include: son Jeff Skeens of St. Marys, OH; daughter Ronda (Jeff) Moore of St. Marys, OH; son Charlie (Lisa) Skeens of St. Marys, OH; grandchildren: Erica Moore of St. Marys, OH; Kendra (Adam) Huff of St. Marys, OH; Tara (Mike Makar) Skeens of Kossuth, OH; Natasha (Nathan) Moesher of Buckland, OH; Amanda Skeens of Cridersville, OH; Brandin (Mary) Skeens of Shawnee, OH; 10 great-grandchildren; brother James (Rhoda) Trogdlon of St. Marys, OH; brother Sam (Connie) Trogdlon of St. Marys, OH; sister Nancy (Dale) Salisbury of St. Marys, OH; and brother Glen (Jan) Trogdlon of Spencerville, OH.

Preceded in death by: parents Lafe and Louary Trogdlon; husband Ronald Skeens; brother Raymond Trogdlon; brother Sam (Connie) Trogdlon; granddaughter Tara Skeens; and special friend of 11 years Homer Ray Robinette.

She had worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys and Mersman's Furniture Co. in Celina. Willia's primary focus in life was to provide a loving and happy home for her family. Her kids were "ok", but her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were simply amazing! Her favorite pastimes included fishing and attending stock car racing at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH.

Rites are scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. Thursday August 27, 2026 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) In St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.

Visitation 10:30a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
