Robert "Bob" Lee Kinnison, age 73, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, September 2, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on July 13, 1953, in Celina, Ohio, to Harold W. and Rose Ann (Brock) Kinnison, who preceded him in death. Bob was a graduate of Celina High School, Class of 1972. He dedicated 34 years of service to the City of Celina, working at the Wastewater Treatment Plant before retiring in 2004.

On March 4, 1983, Bob married the love of his life, Rebecca "Bec" A. (Fisher) Kinnison, who also preceded him in death.

Bob is survived by his sister, Fonda (Richard) Mason of Celina; and his nephews, Chad (Erin) Mason and Shawn Mason, both of Celina.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Moose Lodge in Celina, the Coldwater Eagles, and Grand Lake United Methodist Church.

Bob was an avid fisherman and hunter and greatly enjoyed spending time outdoors. He especially loved fishing, including trips to Canada, where he enjoyed spending time on the water with a fishing pole in his hand. Whether he was out fishing or hunting, sharing stories, or simply talking about his favorite outdoor adventures, these activities brought him tremendous joy throughout his life.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. A Masonic Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home during the visitation.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Eric Muhlenkamp officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, where Bob will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife, Bec.
