The LTL Chapter in Montezuma. The Loyal Temperance Legion was the youth branch of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union. It organized and educated children to support the anti-alcohol movement and helped raise a generation of voters and activists who backed the 18th Amendment, which established Prohibition.
