* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Dave Hipley takes a look at a pamphlet handed to him by Keith Owen, left, and Paul Fisher of Celina, who were protesting for Fathers4Justice in front of the Mercer County Courthouse on Wednesday morning. The peaceful rally was held in support of a Supreme Court case that originated in Mercer County and questions the laws judges use to modify shared parenting orders.
