* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Most of the high walls are in place at the new construction of the St. Marys City Schools' 6-12 building along U.S. 33 north of St. Marys. Within the next two weeks the veneer will be installed, weather permitting.
