Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio until 10:00 A.M. on May 26, 2026, at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, OH 45822 for Center Line and Edge Line Pavement Marking for Various Mercer County Roads and all work incidental thereto in accordance with the specifications therefor.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 A.M., May 26, 2026, in the Office of the County Commissioners.
Each bid package must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of either:
1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or
2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.

Auglaize County Solid Waste District
Public Hearing Notice Period for Generation Fee Abolishment
The Auglaize County Solid Waste District Policy Committee (Policy Committee) is conducting a public notice for a public hearing on a resolution to abolish the solid waste management generation fees authorized in Ohio Revised Code 3734.573. The proposal is to abolish the generation fee of $7.65 per ton.
The Board will hold a public hearing concerning its intention to abolish the generation fee on disposal and transfer facilities to receive solid waste generated within Auglaize County at the following date, time, and location:
June 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Auglaize County Administrative Building, 209 South Blackhoof Street, Room 201, Wapakoneta, OH 45895.
