The City of Celina will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Lions Club Building, Lakeshore Park - Ash Street project.
Bids will be received at the office of the City of Celina, 226 N. Main Street, Celina, Ohio, until Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. will be returned unopened.

PROPOSED CHANGES TO FEES FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Uniform Schedule of Fees for the Mercer County Health District has been approved to be modified by the Board of Health effective June 12, 2022.
The Mercer County Health District has determined that a modification to the Administration Fee category within Nursing program is necessary in compliance with state regulations. The Vaccine for Children (VFC) and 317 Fund Vaccines - Federal and General Revenue Fund - State will be $20.00. TB Mantoux Administration Fee per injection will be $20.00.
Any previous fees in conflict with the foregoing are hereby repealed. The Mercer County Health District establishes the modifications of the Uniform Schedule of Fees pursuant to Sections 705.15 and 3709.21 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The proposed Uniform Schedule of Fees is a local fee schedule which is not affected by state fees. If any of the individual fees within the uniform schedule of fees are declared invalid for any reason, none of the provisions herein shall be affected. The modifications to the Uniform Schedule of Fees was adopted by the Mercer County Health District Board of Health on May 11, 2022.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Mercer County Commissioners for resurfacing and widening on TR91 (Hellwarth Road) in Mercer County.
Bids must be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Mercer County Commissioners, located at Central Services Building, 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio 45822.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on May 26, 2022.

Each bid package must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of either:
1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or
2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.
As this is a federally funded project, all bids shall meet all applicable federal requirements including the correct payment of federal prevailing wages.
A completed bid blank should be submitted on the project along with all other required forms.
All bidders must be currently on ODOT'S list of pre-approved contractors for this work type.
Contracts will be awarded for the project on a unit price basis to the lowest and best bidder.
The awarding agencies reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities when the same are to the agency's advantage.

NOTICE FOR MOTION TO REVIVE DORMANT JUDGMENT
On May 2, 2016, Plaintiff John W. Glessner obtained a Judgment against Defendants Select Genetics, LLC, Bert de Bruijn (Hurbeltus de Bruijn), and Antonietta de Bruijn (Antoni etta Johanna W.M de Bruijn Oomen) for a Cognovit Promissory Note for two hundred fifty-two thousand and five hundred dollars ($252,500.00) plus interest, due and payable to Plaintiff Glessner, in the above-captioned matter. This matter came before the Common Pleas Court in Mercer County, Ohio, Case No. 15 CV 047. Five years have passed since the Judgment was ordered, rendering it dormant, and Defendants are in default of the Note. Plaintiff Glessner wishes to revive the dormant Judgment obtained against Defendants. Defendants last known address is 10525 W. Viebahn Road, Manitowoc, WI, 54220. However, upon information and belief, Defendants have relocated and Plaintiff is unable to locate Defendants' new address to personally serve the Motion to Revive the Dormant Judgment.
Plaintiff Glessner is serving Defendants the Motion to Revive Dormant Judgment by publication in the Daily Standard News of Mercer County once a week for six consecutive weeks. Defendants are required to respond to the Motion to Revive Dormant Judgment within fourteen (14) days after the date of the last publication. Loc.R. 9.05; Civ.R. 6.
