Celina Police continue to investigate an incident that occurred in the stands during the Shawnee-Celina football game Friday night.
A 16-year-old girl and two friends, all juniors at Shawnee High School, reportedly went into the Bulldog stands during the third quarter to speak with acquaintances. [More]

DELPHOS - Coming into Saturday night's contest, the Minster Wildcats had lost 10 straight games to the Delphos St. John's Blue Jays, including two of the last four losses where the Wildcats had the ball late with a chance to win the game.

MINSTER - The school district and its students are banking on passage of a one-half percent income tax and renewal of an eight-tenths-mill permanent improvement levy in November to prevent future cuts, community members were told Sunday.
MONTEZUMA - Mayor Charlotte Garman shed tears of joy Saturday as she formally announced the village will get grant monies totaling nearly $650,000 and perhaps more.
MONTEZUMA - Village council will hold a special meeting Sept. 23 because five members were not present at the regular meeting Saturday.
Mayor Charlotte Garman explained council needs five members to vote on an emergency resolution.
