* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Joseph McManes
Dr. Joseph M. McManes, 82, Celina, died Feb. 26, 2011.
He was born Feb. 26, 1929, in Columbus to Joseph and Florence McCann McManes Sr. He married Patsy Rhoades, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Christopher (Karyl) McManes, Delaware, Ohio; four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He served in the U.S. Army and graduated from the Ohio State University Medical School. He was a retired physician, having been on staff at Mount Carmel and Riverside Hospitals. He also had a family practice for 39 years.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Montezuma.
Memorials may be made to the church.
