New Celina officials

A swearing-in ceremony for Celina's newly-elected officials was held Tuesday in the Celina Municipal Courtroom. Municipal Court Judge James Scheer swears in law director George Moore. Assisting are Moore's wife Lindsey and children Maggie and George.
