* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Scott Garman
Scott Garman, 54, Celina, died at 9:53 p.m. March 25, 2012, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born Dec. 28, 1957, in Celina, to James C. Sr. and Rosanne Schmidt Garman. His father survives. On June 7, 1997, he married Mary Beth Harrington, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, James (Casie) Allen, Celina, Brandon Moore, Celina, and Lisa (Andrew) Grunden, Celina; six siblings, Steve (Debbie) Garman, Elizabethtown, Ky., Dan Garman, Celina, Tim Garman, Celina, James Garman Jr., Toledo, Cheryl (Dan) Klaus, Oklahoma, and Darla Heckler, Greenville; and two grandchildren.
He attended Immaculate Conception Schools and graduated from Celina High School in 1976. He worked at CAC and AGRANA, Botkins.
He was a member of VFW Post, American Legion Post and Eagles Aerie, all of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before services Thursday.
Another service is 1 p.m. Saturday at Boyd Funeral Home, Ashland City, Tenn.
Calling is 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Ashland City.
