Christine Bernard
Christine K. Bernard, 100, Kettering, died March 24, 2012, at The Village on the Isle Retirement Community, Venice, Fla.
She was born Feb. 9, 1912, in Fort Recovery, to Christopher and Agnes Gerke Knoth. She married Roy Bernard, who is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Terry Bernard; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are seven siblings, John, Henry, Ed, Loretta, Anna Marie, Alvina and Matilda.
She was a retired bank teller and a member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, Kettering.
Funeral Mass is noon Thursday at the church.
Calling is one hour before Mass at the church. Burial will follow in David's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to The Village on the Isle, Venice Fla.
