* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Dorothy Luedeke
Dorothy Louise Luedeke, 96, New Bremen, died at 8:55 a.m. April 18, 2013, at Otterbein St. Marys.
She was born Oct. 25, 1916, to Frank and Bertha Thiesing Sunderman. Dorothy was married to her loving husband, Frederick Luedeke, for 66 years, and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include three children, Suzanne (Rudy) Broyles of Naperville, Ill., Jonathan (Twyla) Luedeke of Columbus and Dr. James (Kathleen) Luedeke of New Bremen; 12 grandchildren, Stephen (Debbie) Mascaro, Daniel Mascaro, Anita (Jim) Partin, Melissa (Brad) Hickey, Betsy (David) Hjelmgren, Christopher (Rachel) Broyles, Ryan Broyles, J. David (Theresa) Luedeke, Mica (Michael) Lockwood, Justin (Denise) Luedeke, Jason (Mara) Luedeke and Kristen K. Luedeke. She also was blessed with 15 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are her brother, James F. Sunderman; her daughter Kathleen (Augustine) Mascaro; and a great-grandson, Jonathan David Hjelmgren.
Dorothy was a 1934 graduate of New Bremen High School. She earned a teaching certificate from Bowling Green State University and taught several years in New Bremen schools. She was active in a number of civic and church organizations, including the New Bremen Women's Club, the historic association, Faith Alliance Church Women's Missionary Prayer Fellowship and Senior Citizens of New Bremen. She was a member of Faith Alliance Church and served over the years as teacher, organist, pianist and vocalist.
Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Faith Alliance Church in New Bremen, the Rev. Tom Sagar officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be directed to Faith Alliance Church.
