* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Leona Post
Leona Post, 100, St. Anthony, died April 20, 2013, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Feb. 17, 1913, in Coldwater to Bernard and Caroline Studenburg Nieberding. On June 27, 1936, she married Norbert Post, who died Dec. 8, 1996.
She is survived by four children, Tom (Mary Ann) Post of Portland, Ind., Marilyn Post of Coldwater, Janie (Jim) Timmerman of St. Anthony and Marty (Gary) Knapke of St. Anthony; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Post of Lima; 20 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a daughter, Marita Post, in 1989; a son, John Post, in 2010; and brothers and sisters, Bill Nieberding, Lee Nieberding, Al Nieberding, Gust Nieberding, Nora Huelskamp, Rose Bergman, Ann King and Lillian Nieberding.
She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and its Ladies Sodality, the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary in Minster, a CCD Teacher and a farm wife.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony. Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
