* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Norman Meckstroth
Norman B. Meckstroth, 91, Celina, died April 21, 2013, at his residence.
He was born June 22, 1921, in New Bremen to Edward and Hilda Kettler Meckstroth. His wife, Vera Kendall, died in 1987.
Surviving are a sister, LaRue (John) Dicke, St. Marys; two sisters-in-law, Katherine Meckstroth, Wapakoneta, and Sally Meckstroth, New Bremen; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are four brothers, Earl, Rueben, Ralph and Roland Meckstroth; and a good friend, Lena Searight.
He retired from the former Mersman Furniture Co., Celina, and was a member of Celina First Church of God. He was a member of Celina American Legion and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He loved NASCAR racing, playing cards, casino bus trips and being with his friends and family.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Dan Hellwarth officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
