* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.

David Hartings
It is with heavy hearts our family regrets to inform that David Albert Hartings, 63, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
David will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His gentle, caring spirit was evident to all in his smiling face and cheerful demeanor. He loved reading, traveling, basketball and was a great dog-lover.
David's many accomplishments included an MBA (San Diego State University), EPSE Alumni Board Member (University of California, San Diego), BSISE (Ohio University) and position as adjunct instructor for UC Irvine.
David is survived by his wife of 42 years, Donna Hartings; daughters, Jennifer (Hartings) Doty and Lindsay (Hartings) Phillips; grandchildren, Ryan Elizabeth Doty and Tyler Fox Phillips; sons-in-law, Chris Doty and George Phillips; sister, Mary Hart and brother, Marvin Hartings; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Ackerman and Janice Hartings; brother-in-law, Randy Roehll; nephews, Darren Hart and Nathan Hartings; and nieces, Julie (Hart) Patch and Samantha Hartings.
A memorial service for David will be held in Coldwater, Ohio this summer at a date to be determined.
He will be missed by many and loved always.
