* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Lelah Howell
Lelah A. Howell, 83, of Celina, passed away at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, on February 22, 2016 at 11:29 pm.
She was born May 11, 1932 in Montgomery County, OH to Charles and Bessie (Kendal) Florence, both preceded her in death. Lelah married Donald S. Howell on April 5, 1957, they were together for 52 years; he preceded her in death on November 30, 2009.
Survivors include three sons, Donald "Rick" (Jeri) Howell, Gallipolis, OH, Charles Robert "Bob" Howell, Celina, and David Allen (Gwen Sue) Howell, Celina; a daughter, Linda (Dennis) Plattner, New Bremen; a brother, Donald (Carol) Florence, CA; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Delilah (Dan) Fledderjohn.
She was a 1950 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She retired from Econo Manufacturing after 30 plus years of service.
She attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina and was a member of Celina VFW Auxiliary Post 5713. She enjoyed reading, crafting, traveling, and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation hours will be from 2–8 pm, Friday, February 26, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina; where the Celina VFW Auxiliary Post 5713 will have services at 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday, February 27, 2016, in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, OH.
