* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Bill Kirchenbauer
Bill Dean Kirchenbauer, 87, Celina, died 6:26 p.m. Saturday September 3, 2016 at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
He was born December 29, 1928, Wren, Ohio to Harold Kirchenbauer and Minnie Bernice (Allen). On November 29, 1947 he married Martha Jane (Eyanson) Kirchenbauer.
He is survived by a daughter   Darlene (Don) Mottinger, Ohio City; grandchildren Dewayne (Amanda) Mottinger, Ohio City, Dana Mottinger, Ohio City, Denice (Jon) Ringler, Paulding; great-grandchildren, Mallory & Marissa Mottinger and Austen Joseph.
He is preceded in death by brother Ervin "Bud" Kirchenbauer.
He retired in 1985 after 30 years at the former Continental Can Company (Grief Brothers)
He was a life member of the VFW Post 5803 of Van Wert and past commander of the Post, life member of the American Legion Post #178 of Van Wert, member of the Celina Eagles Club, Elk's Club member in Ruskin, FL, served on the Ohio City Vol. Fire Department, Ohio City Village Council, and the Ohio City Sanitation & Engineer Dept., Moose Club member in Ruskin, FL, was a 32nd degree mason and a U.S. Army Veteran of WII.
Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery  Ohio City, Ohio.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be sent to Van Wert Hospice Center.
