Kenneth Richardson
Kenneth D. "Kenny" "Bonz" Richardson, 57, of Celina, died 6:34 PM Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, James Cancer Center, where he had been a patient for 3 weeks.
He was born July 5, 1959 in Montpelier, Ohio, a son of Ralph E. and Tina Handshoe Richardson, who are deceased. His step-father Kenneth Sturgill survives in Wapakoneta. He recently married Pauline Brummette Price on October 4, 2016, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are his sons; Cory J. (Jessica) Richardson and Jeffery A. (Jennifer) Richardson, both of Delaware, OH.; his step-children; Jeremy D. (Jayme) Fox of Van Wert and Jackie L. (Nicholas Copley) Fox of Newark, Delaware; 11 grandchildren; Cory J. Richardson II; Audrey M. Richardson; Collin M. Richardson; Joshua A. Richardson; Logan M. Richardson; Ryleigh K. Richardson; Lindsey M. Richardson; Kelsey J. Fox; Landyn D. Fox; Levi J. Fox and Leightyn M. Fox; and his siblings; Betty (Ted Detrick) Croft and Mary Hardesty of Spencerville; Rev. Steven (Cathy) Coburn of Mendon; Phil (Tammy) Richardson of Wapakoneta and Jamie (Blake) Frankhauser of Kossuth and many nieces and nephews.
Kenny worked in Communications with American Broadband Services in Columbus in underground installation. He had formerly worked for High Speed Utilities, Future Cable and Time-Warner Companies.
He was a 1977 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. He enjoyed camping, the Columbus Blue Jackets, the OSU Buckeyes and was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 191 of Spencerville.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home in Spencerville with his brother Rev. Steven Coburn and Rev. Jerry Van Tilburg officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencerville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 until 8 PM Wednesday and after 10 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lindsey M. Richardson Spina Bifida Fund.
