* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Annabelle Kuck
Annabelle "Ann" Kuck, 94, formerly of New Knoxville, and a resident of Otterbein Saint Marys Retirement Community, died 2:30 P.M. Saturday, February 17, 2018.
She was born May 21, 1923, in Noblesville, Indiana; the daughter of Marcellus and Mabel (Todd) Herron. She married Homer R. Kuck on May 8, 1943, in Tucson, Arizona, and he preceded her in death on January 27,1989.
She is survived by her grandchildren: Wendy (Jason) Woodson of Springboro; Christopher Bielefeld of Lima; Wesley Kuck of Athens, Ohio. She is survived by a brother, Stephen Herron of Crossville, Tennessee. She is survived by two great-grandchildren, Natalie and Gracie Woodson. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Karen Kuck of Springboro.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband; by her three children: Stanley Kuck; Kurt Kuck; Jill Ann Bielefeld. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Ann was a member of the First Church of New Knoxville, and was a founding member of the New Knoxville Garden Club. She enjoyed flower arranging and entered many competitions, receiving numerous awards. Ann worked at Dudley's Flowers, The Foxy Lady, and at the registration desk at Holiday Inn, all in Wapakoneta.
Funeral rites will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 3, 2018, in the Meyer Community Chapel on the campus of Otterbein Saint Marys Retirement Community, Pastor Bruce McDaniel, officiant. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral rites at Otterbein Saint Marys.
