* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Brent Booher
Brent Alan Booher, age 44, of Mendon, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at his residence in Mendon.
He was born the son of Patrick Booher Sr. and Marlene Davis Booher, in Van Wert, Ohio on June 8, 1973. On Dec. 5, 2007 he married Tasha Buzard, who survives in Mendon.
Also surviving are his children Blake Bryant of Russells Point, Corey Booher of St. Marys, Joshua Booher, Luke Booher and Brooke Booher all at home, three grandchildren Rylan Bryant, Braxton Bryant, Valen Booher, his mother and step father Marlene and Carl Marsee of Celina, a brother Patrick Booher Jr. (David Jiron) of Arlington, Virginia, Dawn (Mark) Gagle of Celina, father and mother-in-law Thomas and Nanette Buzard of Delphos.
He was preceded in death by his father Patrick Booher Sr.
Brent attended Celina High School and was employed by Ohio and Indiana Roofing. He was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina and the Mercer County Sportsman's Association.
Brent was a loving father and husband. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, camping and the Cleveland Browns. He also played the piano and liked to draw.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday March 31, 2018 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Mick Whistler officiating. Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Friday March 30, 2018 and one hour before services at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Booher family.
