* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

David Stienecker
It is with great sadness that the Family of David Bruce Stienecker announces his passing after a brief illness on March 28th, 2018 at the age of 64. He passed at home with family by his side.
Dave will be lovingly remembered by his wife Sylvia (Born Sylvia Ann Flynn), and his children Chris (Lauren) Stienecker, Jamie (Ryan) Tailford, Ean Helms, Derek (Yaquelin) Helms, and Megan (Curtis) Price. Dave will also be fondly remembered by grandchildren Abigail, Shawn, and Ethan, his Mother Norma Stienecker (born Uncapher), by his sister Patti (Pat) Gariety, and his brothers Ken (Deb) Stienecker, and Mike (Lena) Stienecker.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willard Stienecker; and a sister and brother-in-law, Catherine (Michael) Brandt.
Dave was born in St. Marys on November 7th, 1953. He was a 1972 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He married Sylvia Ann Helms (Born Flynn) on July 1st, 2010. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber/Continental after 45 years of service. He was a member of Celina Eagles Lodge #1291, and the Mercer County Sportsman Club in Celina.
Dave enjoyed bass fishing on his bass boat, the Eagles Thursday night fishing league, the Ohio Bass Angler's (Salmoides Circuit), fishing with his brothers, Michael "Catfish Buddy", and Kenneth "Bass Buddy", bargain hunting and being out-fished by his wife, and most of all spending time with his family and friends.
Funeral services will begin at 5:00 pm on Monday, April 2, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Pastor Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 3:00 pm–5:00 pm prior to the service.
His wish was for memorial contributions to be made to CHP Home Care and Hospice, 816 Pro Dr., Celina, OH 45822.
