* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Robert Nieberding
Robert L. Nieberding, age 87 of Maria Stein, died Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
He was born August 6, 1931 in Maria Stein to the late Aloys & Philomena (Homan) Nieberding. On December 27, 1952 he married Mary (Ranly) who survives.
He is also survived by his children, Patrick & Nancy (Lindhorst) Nieberding of Maria Stein, Kate & Dean Hartwig of New Bremen, Susan & Robert Yeater of St. Marys, Jaci & Tom Koester of St. Henry and Lisa & Jim Behr of Maria Stein; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a sister Eileen Boeckman of Coldwater; in-laws, Joan Ranly of Ft. Recovery, Willie & Ruth Etta Ranly of Ft. Recovery, Jackie Ranly of South Carolina and Arlene Hartings of Ft. Loramie.
He was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Jaxson Koester, a son-in-law, Randy Luebke, and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Art Boeckman, Clarence & Romania Ranly, Esther Ranly, Irene & Andy Reitz, Carl & Mary Agnes Ranly, Harold & Mary Lou Ranly, Tom & Juanita Ranly, Alberta & Vernie Hartings and Mark Ranly.
He was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Maria Stein, and Maria Stein American Legion. Robert served in the US Army during the Korean War. Bob retired from Crown Equipment Corporation, New Bremen, with 37 years of service.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at St. John Church, Maria Stein. Burial with military rites will follow in St. John Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 pm on Monday, August 5th and 9 to 9:45 am Tuesday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or State of the Heart Care.
