* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Eileen Severns
Eileen Severns, age 82, of Mendon, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
Born January 28, 1937, in Mercer County, she was the only child of the late David Clarence & Mabel Josephine (Grossnickle) Crider. Eileen and Jimmy R. Severns were married on April 28, 1957, and he preceded her in death November 5, 2011.
Surviving are their son & daughter-in-law: Carl & Marsha Severns of Mendon, grandson, Matt Bretz, three great grandchildren: Jordan Bretz, Isiah Bretz and Brittney McCoy, and four great-great grandchildren: Addison Bretz, Novalee Mies, Grayson Bretz and Waylon Mies.
She was preceded in death by a son, Rickey Dean Severns in 1978, a great granddaughter, Alissa Rose Bretz in 1995, and brothers & sisters-in-law: Ruth Ida Roller, Janice Engle, Eugenia Archer and Joe Severns.
Eileen was a homemaker, and had been employed at National Seal in Van Wert for 10 years. She attended Mendon United Methodist Church. She was a member of Bowersock Brothers V.F.W. Post #6772 Ladies Auxiliary in Spencerville.
Eileen enjoyed being a member of the Mendon Craft Club, and painting, quilting, and making noodles for fund-raising at the church.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 5, at the Mendon United Methodist Church, with Pastor Randy Christian officiating. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling Hours are 1:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 4, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Mendon, and an hour prior to time of services on Monday, at the church.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
