* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Jeanette Speckman
Jeanette Speckman, 93, of St. Marys, OH died 9:10 a.m. Thursday December 12, 2019 at Otterbein - St. Marys.
Raised in Sidney, OH, she was born June 16, 1926 in Piqua, OH to Harry W. and Bertha (Simes) Reitz.
On May 21, 1949 in Sidney, OH she married Donald F. Speckman, who died December 12, 2009.
Survivors include: son Craig (Lisa Durnell) Speckman of St. Marys, OH; son Chris (Janice) Speckman of New Knoxville, OH; grandchildren: Amy (Brian Kaylor) Cousino, Kelly Howell, Jeff (Julie) Speckman, Sheila (Jason) Vanderhorst; great-grandchildren: Olivia Cousino, Bryce Cousino, Mitchell Mabry, Sydney Howell, Wyatt Howell, Brad Speckman, Brett Speckman, Brian Speckman, C.J. Vanderhorst, Allison Vanderhorst, Joey Vanderhorst.
She was a graduate of Sidney High School and attended business college in Dayton, OH. For many years, she worked with her husband and sons in the operation of Speckman Automotive. Her favorite pastimes included gardening and traveling. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys.
Funeral services are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday December 16, 2019 at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Rhonda Hainer, officiating. Private family burial will take place in the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen, OH.
Visitation 5-7 p.m. on Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to either Grand Lake Hospice or St. Paul's UCC.
