* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Karen Smalley
Karen L. Smalley, 73, a longtime resident of Celina and resident of Otterbein Saint Marys, died suddenly on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, in the emergency department of Mercer Health, Coldwater, Ohio.
She was born February 1, 1946, in Celina, the daughter of Edgar and Mary K. (Birt) Smalley.
She was a 1964 graduate of Celina High School and a 1967 graduate of the Miami Valley Hospital School of Nursing. Karen was a registered nurse, serving first in the United States Air Force. She then worked at the Cleveland Clinic before returning to Celina and was employed as a registered nurse with Mercer Health for 31 years.
Karen is survived by her son, Ryan (Lisa Hastings) Smalley of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin; by her siblings: Charlotte Ricard of Saint Marys; Ed (Judy) Smalley of Willoughby, Ohio; Liz (Mark) Hoelscher of Fort Loramie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by a brother-in-law, Reverend Don Ricard; a nephew, Joe Ricard.
She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina. She enjoyed watching the Cleveland Browns and the OSU Buckeyes. Karen was very dedicated to her family and her beloved Boston Terrier, Maggie.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at Otterbein Saint Marys at a later date.
