* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize and Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 110 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

* Flash Flood Warning for... West Central Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Northeastern Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* Until 400 PM EDT.
* At 108 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Kettlersville, Montra, Mccartyville and Maplewood.

At 1258 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Anna, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Sidney, Minster, Anna, Fort Loramie, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Montra, Newbern, Lake Loramie State Park, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Swanders, and Bloom Center.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 87 and 107.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Madonna Huber
Madonna Huber age 86 of Maria Stein, Ohio formerly of Osgood passed away at 3:28 AM on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at St. Rita's Medical Center.
She was born March 14, 1933 in St. Wendelin to the late Frank B. & Mary (Brunswick) Post. She married Vernon Huber on November 20, 1954 in St. Wendelin and he survives in Maria Stein.
She is also survived by children: Mary Jo & Dan Hess, St. Rose, Jacqueline & Steve Henry, St. Henry, Robert & Margaret Huber, Athens, TN, Thomas & Chris Huber, Versailles, Richard & Elaine Huber, Minster, Amy & Don Kemper, Chickasaw son-in-law Bill Young, St. Marys, 27 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, sisters: Lucille Stahl, St. Henry, Dorothy Keller, Ft. Wayne, IN, sister-in-law Martha & Norbert Magato, Russia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Cara Young, grandson Ryan Hess, brothers & sisters, Bernadette & Louis Fullenkamp & sister-in Law Zita Fullenkamp, Margaret & George Kinder, Ralph & Roseanne Post, Edward & Phyllis Post, & brother-in-law Cyril Evers, Wally & Pat Post, Leonard & Marie Koesters & brother-in-law Paul Ranly, twins Carol Ann & Charles Post, brother-in-laws Thomas Keller & Richard Stahl and mother-in-law & father-in-law Henry & Josephine Huber.
Donna was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein and former member of St. Nicholas Church, Osgood, and a former Osgood Choir member of over 30 years. She retired as a bookkeeper from Osgood State Bank and belonged to numerous organizations.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Precious Blood Church, Chickasaw. Burial will follow in St. Martin Cemetery, Osgood.
Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2-7 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2020 and from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Saturday.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Maria Stein Shrine.
