Husband contracts virus; couple still waiting on aid

ST. MARYS - When Don Ring tested positive for COVID-19 on June 23, he and his wife, Angel, thought he would receive unemployment benefits within a couple of weeks.

CELINA - Two new COVID-19 cases were reported in Mercer County on Tuesday increasing the number of total confirmed cases to 364, but the number of pending cases more than tripled from the day before as more symptomatic people get tested.
